Private parties are the same as a group session, everyone there will be hypnotized but unlike the group sessions this is held in a private home. I am not a hypnotist, I promise not make anyone quack like a duck. Please contact me for more information.

How does Hypnotherapy work?
During a session, the hypnotherapist will guide you into a state of deep relaxation. While in this state, your mind becomes more open to positive suggestions and therapeutic techniques.
While we enter the hypnotic state we bypass the critical faculty allowing the subconscious mind to be open to change. These changes cannot go against your core values but can be extremely effective and lasting when desire and commitment combing with the application of therapeutic techniques used in hypnotherapy. Change is facilitated in neural connectivity, patterns of thought, emotion, and behaviours.
Many people fear losing control before experiencing Hypnotherapy. This is a common myth. In reality, hypnosis is a natural state that we enter and exit throughout our daily lives.
During a hypnotherapy session, you are in complete control at all times. You can get up and leave whenever you wish, although most find the experience so relaxing they choose to stay. You are guided to a relaxed state where you can explore your subconscious mind without retraumatizing, and instead releasing.
You remain fully aware and in control throughout the entire process. Most clients find the experience deeply calming, relieving and rejuvenating.
